A Bit About Me

Motherhood transformed me into a woman who not only survives challenges, but creates spaces for others to heal, grow, and feel seen. As a mother, former Navy Ombudsman, community advocate, founder of Legacy Muse Agency, and confidence coach known as Coach Glamazon, my passion is rooted in helping women rediscover their worth, confidence, and voice.

Through my journey, I have witnessed how many women silently carry stress, trauma, burnout, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion while still showing up for everyone else. That truth inspired my women’s wellness initiatives, confidence coaching, and community empowerment work.

As a former Navy Ombudsman, I supported military families through deployments, transitions, and emotional hardships, partnering with organizations such as Fleet and Family Support and Readiness, Veterans Supplemental Support Network, Catholic Charities, the United Service Organizations, and other local community groups. That experience strengthened my heart for advocacy, leadership, and healing-centered support.

Today, through community wellness events, women’s mental health advocacy, empowerment projects, and coaching, my mission is to help women stop shrinking and start shining unapologetically. I believe wellness is not a luxury — it is necessary. When women feel emotionally safe, mentally supported, spiritually aligned, and valued, entire communities begin to heal.

My platform now reaches a combined community of more than 60,000 followers, but my purpose remains simple: to remind women that they are worthy of rest, growth, healing, joy, and visibility.

You do not have to shrink because others are uncomfortable with your greatness. You were created to shine.

A Bit About Me

Motherhood transformed me into a woman who not only learned how to face challenges, but also how to create spaces where others feel supported, understood, and encouraged. As a mother of three sons, Naval spouse, mentor, and family support advocate, my passion is rooted in helping individuals and families navigate life’s transitions with strength, compassion, and hope.

For more than 40 years, my journey through motherhood and military family life has shaped the woman I am today. As a Naval spouse, I experienced the realities of deployments, uncertainty, separation, and the emotional strength required to keep a family grounded through constant change. Those experiences taught me resilience, patience, leadership, and the importance of having a strong support system.

Through my journey, I witnessed how many families silently carry stress, fear, loneliness, and emotional exhaustion while still trying to remain strong for others. That truth inspired my desire to support families facing difficult seasons and to help connect them with encouragement, guidance, and resources.

My passion for service grew through my volunteer work with the L.I.N.K.S. program at MCRD Parris Island, where I helped Marine families adjust to military culture, understand available resources, and build confidence within their new community. That experience strengthened my heart for mentorship, advocacy, and family-centered support.

Today, my mission is to continue serving individuals and families through compassion, lived experience, and a deep commitment to emotional wellness and mental health awareness. I believe every family deserves to feel seen, supported, and valued.

You do not have to walk through life’s challenges alone. With support, understanding, and community, healing and strength are possible.

A Bit About Me

Motherhood, military service, and education have shaped me into a woman who leads with compassion, resilience, and purpose. As an Army medic veteran, Director of Veterans Upward Bound, educator, advocate, and proud mother of two amazing young men, my passion is rooted in empowering others, supporting veterans, and creating meaningful pathways through education and community engagement.

Through more than 20 years in education, I have witnessed the power of opportunity, encouragement, and access. I have seen how students and veterans often carry unseen challenges while still striving to build better futures for themselves and their families. That truth continues to inspire my work in student support, veteran advocacy, and educational empowerment.

As an Army medic veteran, service became part of who I am. My military experience taught me the importance of courage, discipline, compassion, and showing up for others when it matters most. Those lessons continue to guide my leadership and strengthen my commitment to helping veterans transition, grow, and succeed in their academic and personal journeys.

As a mother, I have learned patience, humor, humility, and the beauty of embracing life’s unexpected moments. Raising two sons has been one of my greatest adventures, filled with laughter, lessons, and plenty of moments where silence in the house usually meant trouble. Motherhood has kept me grounded while reminding me that love, resilience, and laughter can carry us through every season.

Today, through my work with Veterans Upward Bound, community partnerships, student support, and veteran-centered programming, my mission is to help others recognize their potential and move forward with confidence. I believe education is more than a goal — it is a bridge to opportunity, purpose, and transformation.

My purpose remains simple: to serve with heart, lead with integrity, and create spaces where students, veterans, and families feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Every journey deserves support. Every story deserves respect. Every person deserves the opportunity to rise.
