  1. Third-Party Vendor Fees:
    Refunds will not be granted for fees charged by third-party vendors, including but not limited to credit card processing fees, which are non-refundable.

  2. Event or Service Fees:
    Refunds for event or service fees may be requested up to 12 hours before the scheduled service or event. After this time, no refunds will be granted.

  3. Products:
    All product purchases are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on any products sold through our platform.
