Booking and Cancellation Policy Please review the following terms before completing your reservation. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled experience are eligible for a refund, minus a 30% cancellation and booking fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, missed departures, no-shows, or guests who leave the experience early. Date Changes Guests may request one complimentary change to another available tour date when the request is received more than 72 hours before the scheduled experience. Changes requested within 72 hours are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation. Private Groups and Special Bookings Private-group reservations, customized experiences, and bookings that include prepaid food, beverages, tickets, or venue costs may have separate cancellation terms. Any special terms will be disclosed before payment. Weather and Operator Cancellations Experiences generally operate in light rain and normal seasonal weather. Guests should dress appropriately for the conditions. If Cobble Alley cancels an experience because of unsafe conditions, operational issues, or circumstances within its control, guests may choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund. Refunds are not provided for transportation delays, personal schedule changes, illness, or other circumstances outside Cobble Alley’s control, except where required by law. Booking Fees Processing fees charged by outside booking or payment platforms may be nonrefundable. Any applicable fees will be displayed during checkout.
