PATHWAYS: RE-ENTRY TO PURPOSE

VSSN offers coordinated intership and job placement support with its Community Health Worker (CHW) training partners for individuals and families impacted by justice involvement. Through no-cost, debt-free pathways, our team supports participants with CHW training enrollment, workforce readiness, and employment placement—walking alongside them every step of the way from training to work.

VSSN coordinates internship and job placement support at no-cost with our Medical Assistant training partners, for individuals and families impacted by justice involvement who are seeking entry into the healthcare workforce. Participants receive support —creating a clear, debt-free pathway into medical assisting roles within clinics, hospitals, private practices and community health settings.
